Restaurant with Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian options opens in Fall River
New restaurants have been popping up all over Fall River and another has just opened for business that is unlike the others.
Puerto and Ecua Restaurant, located at the former Edu’s Cafe at 927 Stafford Road, is ready to serve customers Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian fare.
Owner, chef, and Fall River resident Gina Estrella will be serving her homemade creations from Lemon and Garlic Green Beans to Bacon Shrimp with Garlic to Lamb-beef Kofka Skewers with Tzatziki.
Estrella is looking for customers to be relaxed and feel at home with some delicious food in a family friendly cafe style atmosphere. The layout is cozy with hand-crafted decor.
Puerto and Ecua is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
