Public, Massachusetts and Rhode Island organizations combine to capture 3 abandoned dogs, charge owners
Teamwork has resulted in an arrest after dogs were reportedly left abandoned.
According to police, three dogs were safe thanks to Missing Dogs Massachusetts, West Greenwich Animal Control and Coventry Police Department, RI Animal Control earlier this month.
Police asked the public for help in identifying the owner of the dogs.
On Friday, West Greenwich Police announced that an arrest was made for Animal Abandonment and thanked the public for their help in solving the case.
Authorities did not release the name(s) of the suspect.
