A restaurant with a good reputation on the South Coast is coming to the Scholarship City.

Lebanese Pita Pocket, located at 519 State Road in North Dartmouth, is a well-regarded Mediterranean restaurant specializing in authentic Lebanese cuisine. Known for its fresh, healthy, and made-from-scratch dishes, the restaurant has become a local favorite and will soon be expanding to a second location at 275 Martine Street in Fall River, in a space previously occupied by Joe’s Shish Kabob and briefly by 9 Star International.

The menu features a variety of options. Popular dishes include Chicken Shawarma Wraps and Plates, Beef Kafta Plates, Falafel Plates, and Mixed Grill Plates. Vegetarian options like the Grilled Veggie Plate and sides such as hummus, tabouli, fattoush salad, and garlic dip are also highlights. Specialty dishes include Savory pumpkin kibbeh, crispy fried cauliflower, and stuffed grape leaves. All dishes emphasize fresh ingredients without preservatives. You can even quench your thirst with a selection of boba teas.

Owner Hassan Hijazi states that the opening in Fall River is set for Thursday, June 19th.

LPP offers dine-in, takeout, and delivery via platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Postmates.

Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and closed on Sunday.
