Police investigating shooting at Cape Cod beach parking lot that left one injured
Police in Massachusetts are investigating a shooting that took place in a parking lot of a Cape Cod beach.
According to police, in the early evening hours of Saturday, the Barnstable Police Department received a report of gunshots in the Craigville Beach parking lot.
One individual received minor lacerations from broken glass during the incident.
Members from the Barnstable Police Patrol Division and Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene and began an investigation into the incident that is active and ongoing.
Police stated that this incident appears to be targeted and does not appear to be random at this time.
