Police investigating reported afternoon carjacking at Fall River gas station

Fall River Police responded to an incident that took place on Saturday afternoon.

According to scanner transmissions, a call came into dispatch at approximately 1:15 p.m. for a reported carjacking at New World Gas at 340 Milliken Blvd.

The reporting party stated that he was carjacked of his 2012 black Nissan Altima Sedan 4ZJ819.

Police are currently searching for the vehicle.
