Police in Massachusetts are looking for the public’s help to identify several suspects and a vehicle that they believe were involved in multiple incidents of fraud at local supermarkets.

The Plainville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three people who have been involved in a series of Cash App frauds at area Stop & Shops.

The people involved purchased multiple gift cards, then fast talked the cashier to cash them out without paying. During one transaction, one of the suspects performed the cash out when the employee was helping another customer.

The suspects are described as either three black males, or two black males and one black female. They wore disposable face masks while in the store.

The vehicle involved is a 2015 Dodge Charger with Michigan Registration EJZ5386. The vehicle has a very distinct red stripe running down the length of the vehicle, from front to back. There are black markings on both the driver’s side and passenger side.

If anyone can identify these subjects, or has seen the vehicle recently, contact the Plainville Police Department at 508-809-5555.
