Police in Bristol County looking for owner of dog left alone in sweltering heat

Police in Bristol County are looking for the public’s help after a disturbing find.

The Attleboro Police Department seeks help in identifying the owner of the pictured dog, which was left tied to a trash can Wednesday morning outside of 101 Park St. for 2+ hours.

A male party was seen walking the dog earlier at 9:00 a.m.
