Police identify pedestrian killed on I-95
Scituate, R.I. The Rhode Island State Police state that a pedestrian who was struck and killed on Interstate 95 In the City of Pawtucket on Sunday, April 19, 2020 has been identified as Saykor Doman, age 45. He was last known to be living in Cranston.
At approximately 12:00 p.m., Troopers from the Lincoln Woods Barracks responded to reports of a man walking in the northbound travel lanes on Interstate 95 near Exit 27 in Pawtucket. Troopers were assisted by members of the Pawtucket Police and Fire Departments and preliminary investigation revealed that Doman was struck by oncoming traffic. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by troopers from the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Barracks and the Forensic Services Unit.
