Police confirm woman found murdered at Rhode Island hair salon

The Central Falls Police Department is actively investigating a homicide that occurred at Sue’s Salon on Hunt Street.

An adult female was found unresponsive inside the business and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Based on the preliminary investigation, the incident is now being treated as a homicide. Detectives are working diligently to determine the full circumstances surrounding the case.

At this time, there is no indication of any active threat to the public.
