Plymouth County veteran motorcycle rider killed in crash remembered for work with non-profit
A Plymouth County man killed in a motor vehicle accident earlier this week is being remembered.
According to friends and family, SSG (Retired) Michael “Bullseye” Welsh died in a tragic motorcycle crash Tuesday morning in the area of Route 18 & Winthrop in Abington.
The Combat Vets Motorcycle Association stated that Welsh was a retired disabled veteran who served multiple combat tours in the United States Army. Not only did he serve his country honorably, domestically and overseas, but he was also a very active participant in all non-profit efforts of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association
“He touched the lives of all those who met him.”
Welsh, who was from Abington, leaves behind his two daughters, Makayla and Lillian, his wife Jessica, and many friends and family.
Multiple requests sent to Abington Police for details on the crash have gone unanswered.
Visitation will be held on July 30, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Quealy & Son Funeral Home located at 116 Adams Street, Abington.
