Plymouth County man charged with 6th OUI after crash, allegedly repeatedly tells officer off
A Massachusetts man was arrested this past weekend after a crash.
According to police, officers were dispatched to State Road in Plymouth for a motor vehicle accident.
Upon arrival, they encountered 50-year-old Darkys Marichal from Hyannis inside of a motor vehicle that had just been in an accident.
An investigation revealed that Marichal was the operator and was intoxicated.
Marichal was less than cooperative and continuously told the female arresting Officer to “Shove her middle finger up her &%$”
Marichal was arrested and charged with OUI – SIXTH Offense, Operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Negligent Operation of a motor vehicle, Operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and Refusing to identify self. He also had an outstanding warrant.
Plymouth Police responded to almost 300 incidents over the weekend.

Why would be not drink and drive? There’s no consequences. The words sixth OUI shouldn’t exist.
