Pedestrian transported by medflight after Raynham crash
RAYNHAM — Police Chief James Donovan and Fire Chief Bryan LaCivita report that the Raynham Police and Fire Departments responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on Route 104 on Wednesday.
A little before 5 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to Route 104 (North Main Street) in Raynham for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
First responders located a 34-year-old male pedestrian suffering from serious injuries. The man was transported to Rhode Island Hospital via medical helicopter.
The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene.
The Raynham Police Department is investigating the crash.
