One seriously injured after early morning crash on Route 6
Police are investigating after a crash with injury early Sunday morning in southeastern Massachusetts.
According to scanner transmissions, at approximately 3:15 a.m., a call came into dispatch for a pedestrian hit and seriously injured on Route 6 Eastbound in the area of the ramp of exit 78A in Dennis.
Once on scene, responders discovered that there was an apparent rollover with a vehicle over the guardrail in addition to the injured pedestrian.
Massachusetts State Police, Dennis Fire and EMS responded to the scene.
MassDOT stated that the scene was cleared several hours later.
