One sent to Rhode Island Hospital after 2-vehicle crash on Route 6
One person was injured after a rollover crash this morning.
According to Swansea Police, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Officers responded to a motor vehicle collision involving 2 vehicles on G.A.R. Highway (Route 6) in the area of Stoney Hill Road.
One operator was transported by Swansea Ambulance Corps to Rhode Island Hospital.
As of 8:00 a.m., police and National Grid were still on scene replacing the utility pole that was struck.
The crash is under investigation.
