One in custody, another wanted, in murder of Massachusetts mother and daughter
The Worcester Police Department is searching for twenty-seven-year-old Dejan Belnavis. He is wanted for charges connected to the murder of Chasity Nunez and her daughter, eleven-year-old Zella Nunez. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
A second individual has been arrested in connection with the homicide. Twenty-eight-year-old Karel Mangual is charged with Armed Assault to Murder and Carrying a Firearm without a License. He also had a preexisting arrest warrant. He will be arraigned in court.

Chances are he has an extensive criminal record and activist judges and DA’s kept letting him out with slaps on the wrist to reoffend. These policies get people killed.
