One captured, another wanted, concerning Rehoboth drug trafficking investigation
Local police have arrested one of two men wanted on a series of drug charges.
The Rehoboth Police Department arrested Matthew O’Brien of Rehoboth, Massachusetts Friday on a warrant after being wanted in connection with drug offenses stemming from a search warrant executed at 370 Winthrop Street on Monday.
• The warrant charges O’Brien with the following offenses:
• Trafficking in cocaine (200 grams or more)
• Trafficking in cocaine (18 grams or more but less than 36 grams)
• Distribution of a Class B substance (oxycodone)
• Distribution of a Class B substance (MDMA)
• Trafficking in fentanyl (more than 10 grams)
• Trafficking in methamphetamine (36 grams or more)
• Possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance (psilocybin mushrooms)
• Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
• Conspiracy to violate drug laws
The Rehoboth Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Trent Mason of Rehoboth, Massachusetts who is still wanted in connection with drug offenses stemming from the search warrant executed at 370 Winthrop Street.
• The warrant charges Mason with the following offenses:
• Trafficking in cocaine (200 grams or more)
• Conspiracy to violate drug laws
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mason is encouraged to contact the Rehoboth Police Department.
Both are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
