Nurse surrenders license after submitting falsified covid vaccine identification card
A nurse has given up her license after admitting to submitting a fake COVID-19 vaccination card.
According to Rhode Island Department of Health records, in October of 2021, the Center for Professional Licensing Board of Nursing received a complaint. The complaint alleged that Athena Fidas had a falsified covid vaccine identification card.
Fidas was working as a Nurse Care Manager in Rhode Island when in August of 2021 she supplied her place of employment with her vaccination card. In October of 2021, Fidas was also working per diem at Kent Hospital in Warwick in the Intensive Care Unit.
Later in October of 2021, Fidas admitted to obtaining a falsified covid vaccine identification card and was terminated from Kent Hospital. The next day she was terminated from her regular place of employment.
On January 10, 2022, The Board determined that Fidas’ continued unrestricted licensure in Rhode Island presented a danger to the health and safety of the public.
This week, an agreement was signed where Fidas voluntarily agreed to the surrender of her Rhode Island license as a registered nurse until she gets vaccinated, the vaccination mandate is lifted or she qualifies for a medical exemption to the mandate, whichever comes first.
If Fidas is caught practicing nursing in Rhode Island, the Director of the Department of Health has the discretion to revoke her license or impose further disciplinary action.

The Nurse likely saved her own life or serious permanent injury by refusing the mRNA spike protein nano-particle replicating poison injection that is causing so much sudden death, neurological damage, and cancer relapses throughout the world

The coercion forced her to take measures to protect her livelihood. No exemptions were allowed and no one should have been forced vaccinated or lose your job, that is the real story here. Renew her license and stop trying to coerce vaccinate with an EUA vaccine. #nuremburg code, #informed consent. Some might see this as dishonest, but equally dishonest was our president having CMS mandate the vaccine thus causing hospital systems to issue vaccine policies to get CMS money. Why aren’t we following CDC guidelines? It is all hypocrisy, it is all political. We are also lacking enough healthcare workers!!!

Also, ‘they’ demanded and coerced (under threat of livelihood) the front-line medical professionals to take the injection first as a way of forcing it on the general population. Most nurses and doctors did not trust this experimental injection but took it under duress; it set up a dynamic of
” If I took it then you are gonna take it !! ”
