Norfolk District Attorney releases identities of 3 people who died from injuries in multi-vehicle collision

Milton Police, Massachusetts State Police, and the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate a motor vehicle crash that resulted in three fatalities Saturday afternoon, Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey and Milton Police Chief John King said.
Police responded shortly before 4:30 p.m. to the intersection of Randolph Avenue and Hillside Street where a Mercedes Benz GLB 250 traveling north on Randolph Avenue collided with a Toyota Corolla traveling in the opposite direction.
The operator of the Corolla, Diane Myers, 71, of Dorchester, and her son Jonathan Myers, 39, the passenger, succumbed to their injuries.
The driver and lone occupant of the Mercedes Benz, Charles A. Ocitti, 47, of Mattapan, succumbed to his injuries at a Boston hospital earlier today.
A third vehicle was struck by debris from the initial crash but was not involved in the collision.
The crash remains under investigation by Milton Police with the assistance of the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and the Massachusetts State Police Crime Scene Services Section.
