New York Bagel Co. announces new location coming to Acushnet

An eatery with several locations in Bristol County continues to expand.

New York Bagel Co. will be opening a new location in Acushnet in early March inside of New England Farms at 158 Main Street.

Owners, City Councilor Cliff Ponte Jr. and Kyle Lima, recently announced more locations were on the horizon including turning Al Mac’s On The Go into a 2nd New York Bagel location in Fall River.

Less than 1 year into ownership, Ponte and Lima are excited to build on the legacy that has been a community staple for over 30 years and plan to announce another location in Stoughton.

Al Mac’s On the Go will remain operational until the grand opening celebration with a date yet to be announced.

New York Bagel Company features bagels made from scratch daily, gourmet cream cheese, coffees, espresso, egg sandwiches, deli sandwiches, salads, fruit, bakery, and more. They even serve Jim’s Organic Coffee as a pick me up option.

In addition to the future Acushnet spot and the upcoming 2nd Fall River location on Newton Street, New York Bagel Co also has locations at 1572 President Avenue in Fall River, 272 State Road in Dartmouth and 1939 Bay Street in Taunton.
