Fall River, MA (October 23, 2017) – CEA Group has announced several additional tenants confirmed for SouthCoast Marketplace, the South Coast region’s most anticipated new shopping, dining and entertainment destination.
Kappy’s Fine Wine & Spirits, Verizon, Jersey Mike’s, Aspen Dental, Metro PCS, Jackson Hewitt and Venus Nails & Spa have all secured leases and will be joining Market Basket, T.J. “It is truly gratifying to see our vision for SouthCoast Marketplace come to life. The opening of our anchor retailers has been accompanied by large crowds and great enthusiasm. Great new retailers and restaurants will be opening over the next few months. The additional tenants announced today will further expand the shopping options available to local residents,” said Steven Cohen, president of CEA Group. “Upon completion, SouthCoast Marketplace will provide the region with an easily accessible marketplace offering high quality shopping, dining, services and entertainment. It will transform the retail profile of the region. In addition to its exciting and diverse retailers, SouthCoast Marketplace will create over 1,000 permanent jobs for local residents.”
SouthCoast Marketplace, is a newly re-imagined open-air shopping center comprised of 350,000 sq. ft. of retail space accented by tree-lined walkways, benches and a welcoming central plaza where visitors can gather and interact. The marketplace is anchored by Market Basket, T.J.
