New restaurant set to open in Fall River’s south end ASAP
A new Fall River restaurant is scheduled to open any day now.
Flame Restaurant at the old China Star location at 390 Rhode Island Avenue is set to open as soon as possible.
The restaurant will have seating for 16 people, but will mainly be for take-out.
The establishment will be open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
You can hope to order sandwiches and hot food at Flame including dishes such as rice, pasta, ribs, soups, burgers, and subs.
Owner Panagis Kappatos of Seekonk went in front of the Fall River Licensing Board Wednesday and was granted a common victualler license to operate the business.

I was there today with my wife and my daughter. And I am sad to say that unless they prevent the menu and cooking this particular restaurant will not last in the city. With the city full of family owned restaurants that can hold their ow,this restaurant flames has some serious competition.
