New restaurant chain coming to Fall River; here is what they serve, their background, and when they plan on opening

A new restaurant chain is headed to Fall River.

Naz’s Halal Food is coming to unit 2 at 167 Broadway on the side of Papa Johns.

According to their website, Naz’s Halal Food was founded by cousins Naz and Kareem who were public school teachers at the same New York City school.

In 2009, NHF opened a food truck in Queens, NY as a “side business,” inspired by their family’s life-long involvement in restaurant ownership.

NHF opened its first brick and mortar restaurant in January 2018.

Today, the restaurant chain has over 40 locations and is on track to reach 60 by the end of 2025.

Naz’s Halal Food says they believe in treating customers, employees and licensees like family.
