New in Fall River: The Angry Tomato serves up serious flavor (no bad attitude included)

A new Fall River restaurant has opened at a familiar spot. The name may sound unfriendly, but they are ready to serve folks some tasty dishes.

The Angry Tomato is located at 1365 Rodman Street inside St. John’s Club.

It is a casual American comfort-food spot (burgers, sandwiches, wings, fish & chips, meatballs, salads, bowls, and BBQ items) run by Chef Joe Armstrong and his partner Robin Sullivan. The two also produce and sell a line of small-batch sauces, BBQ rubs, jams, jellies, and pickled goods under the Angry Tomato brand.

You can dine in, order take out, or get delivery through apps such as DoorDash.

They are open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday/Thursday, Friday/Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4:00 p.m.
