These warrants were obtained after a lengthy investigation into drug-related activity.
During the execution of the warrants, detectives seized approximately 1.7 kilograms of cocaine, 11 grams of fentanyl, 265 suspected pressed fentanyl pills and $11,000 in cash.

Dorgan. “This arrest highlights the strong collaboration among law enforcement agencies working together for the greater good of the communities and people we all serve. It also underscores our continued commitment to combating the distribution of illegal narcotics and protecting public safety.”
According to court records, Smith was arraigned on Thursday in New Bedford District Court where he pled not guilty and was held without bail after a dangerousness hearing.
