Near zero wind chills, snow, forecast for southern New England

According to the National Weather Service, another system is approaching southern New England Wednesday and is forecast to bring a few inches of accumulating snow for Wednesday into early Thursday.

The forecast:

Wednesday

A chance of snow, mainly after 4pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 25. Wind chill values as low as -1. North wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Wednesday Night

Snow likely, mainly between 7pm and 5am. Cloudy, with a low around 20. North wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Thursday

A chance of snow, mainly before 9am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 33. Northeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
