Music, food trucks and fireworks set for this year’s Fall River 4th of July celebration

The City of Fall River and Mayor Paul E. Coogan are pleased to announce additional programming for the City’s July 4th Celebration scheduled for Thursday, July 4th, 2024. The fireworks over the Taunton River will begin around 9pm. Prior to the fireworks display, there will be music and food trucks at the City Pier, Heritage State, and Bicentennial Parks. The current schedule is as follows: 

Senator Thomas Norton City Pier: 

5:00pm-9:00pm.

  • Bun Buds

Heritage State Park (5:00pm-9:00pm)

Friday, July 5th, the Mayor’s Office will lead a volunteer clean-up around the waterfront. Anyone who wants to volunteer should meet at the Heritage Park Sailing Lot at 8:00am. Tools and supplies will be available.
