Multiple people injured, including child, after two-vehicle highway rollover crash in Taunton

Several crews responded to a Bristol County highway crash on Sunday evening.

Just before 7:15 p.m., a call came into dispatch for a two-vehicle rollover crash in the median on Interstate 495 South in the area of mile marker 26 in Taunton near the Bay Street exit.

In addition to Massachusetts State Police, Taunton, Mansfield, and Norton personnel responded to the scene.

At least three people were injured including a child that suffered a serious leg injury.

The crash is under investigation.
