Multiple fire departments, Massachusetts State Police respond to crash with significant injures on Route 495

A highway crash on Monday led to multiple people injured along with a response by two fire departments and Massachusetts State Police.

At just before 1:30 p.m. the Plainville Fire Department announced that they and Foxborough firefighters responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 495.

Both occupants were transported to the hospital with significant injuries.

No other details were released.

The crash is under investigation.
