Motorcycle versus passenger vehicle crash on Route 18 results in significant injuries
Crews responded to a serious crash resulting in injuries, officials say.
On Friday afternoon, the Lakeville Fire Department responded to the intersection of Bedford (Route 18) and Taunton Streets for a collision involving a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle.
The call came in just before 2:30 p.m., bringing Ambulance 2, Ambulance 3, Engine 1, Car 2, and Car 1 to the scene.
An adult male was transported by ambulance to St. Luke’s Hospital with significant injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
