Missing Swansea man found deceased; his positive impact spread across the Fall River area

A local man that was reportedly missing and has ties throughout southern New England has been found deceased.

40-year-old Justin Crofton was reported missing in the Somerset/Swansea area, according to posts from friends and family on social media. Some of those same loved ones have now reported that he was found deceased.

Fall River Reporter contacted local authorities on Friday just before word of Crofton’s death began to spread and they released no information on the case.

Crofton clearly had a huge impact on the Fall River area community as condolences, thoughts, and memories began to pour in.

Good, happy, fun, kind, funny, down to earth are just some of the adjectives used to describe Crofton. Someone you could count on to be there when you needed him and was always good for a laugh.
