Missing 44-year-old Fall River woman found deceased
A Fall River woman that had been reported missing earlier this year by family has been found deceased.
44-year-old Rachel J. Ferreira of Fall River died on December 15th. She was born in Fall River and the beloved daughter of Richard J. Ferreira and Claudette (Gendreau) Dupuis. Rachel had a love for animals and the outdoors. Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends.
Along with her parents, she was loved and cherished by many people including her brothers Christopher Dupuis (companion Jessica) of Fall River and Marc Dupuis (wife Lorie) of Somerset; nieces and nephews Christopher, Cory, Kayla, Victoria, Jacob, Chaz and Brett; as well as her aunts, uncles, many cousins & friends who will sadly miss her.
No foul play is suspected in Ferreira’s death.
Private funeral arrangements were under the direction of Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
