Mayor Coogan orders flags to half staff at all Fall River municipal buildings in memory of Gabriel House victims

Mayor Paul E.Coogan has ordered that the United States of America flag, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag, and the City of Fall River Flag be lowered to half-staff at all Fall River municipal buildings from sunrise on Wednesday, July 23rd until sunset on Sunday, July 27th, 2025, in honor of the victims that perished in the tragic fire at Gabriel House Assisted Living Facility in Fall River, MA on Sunday, July 13th.

This mayoral order applies to:

1. The main or administration building of each public institution of the City of Fall River.

2. Other city-owned or city-controlled buildings.
