MassDOT announces pothole patching in area of I-195 bridge in Somerset
SOMERSET – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing that it will be conducting overnight pothole patching operations in the area of Interstate 195 eastbound that traverses the Lees River Bridge in Somerset. The overnight work will take place on Thursday, January 21, from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the following morning.
Temporary traffic control management operations will be utilized including police details and various lane and shoulder closures. A minimum of two open travel lanes will be maintained at all times.
Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.
All scheduled work is weather dependent and/or may be impacted due to an emergency.
