A Massachusetts woman knows exactly what she will do with the money after recently hitting a big win on a State Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Carol Marshall of Norton is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Bonus Money” $10 instant ticket game.
She chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). Marshall plans on buying a new car and investing her winnings.
She purchased her winning ticket at Standish Gas & Convenience, 240 Alfred Lord Blvd. in Taunton. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
