Massachusetts woman has her children in mind after winning big State Lottery prize

It is no surprise that when a Massachusetts woman was asked what she would do with her lottery winnings, she thought of her kids.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Deliwe Jalbert of Lexington has won a $100 a week for life prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$100 a Week for Life” $1 instant ticket game.

Jalbert chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $80,000 (before taxes). She plans to use the winnings on her children.

The winning ticket was purchased at BB Liquors, 1215 Massachusetts Ave. in Arlington. The store will receive a $1,040 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
