Massachusetts woman charged after police find dog dead in vehicle in parking lot
A Massachusetts woman was arrested this past weekend after her dog was found deceased.
According to WJAR 10 and the Lincoln Police Department, a call came into dispatch for officer to assist security at Bally’s Casino in Lincoln at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night.
Upon arrival, officers broke into the vehicle and discovered the deceased canine on the driver’s side.
Young Ju Seol of Hopkinton arrived at the car shortly after officers gained entry.
Lincoln Police determined that the dog was left alone in the car for several hours in high temperatures without air conditioning or water.
Seol was charged with one count of malicious injury or killing of animals, and one count of animal confinement in a motor vehicle.
