Massachusetts State Police, Swansea crews, respond to rollover highway crash with injuries

Massachusetts State Police and local crews responded to a serious rollover crash on Friday.

According to Massachusetts State Police, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Troopers from the Dartmouth Barracks responded to Route 195 East in Swansea for reports of a single car crash with personal injury.  

Scanner transmissions revealed that the crash occurred in the area of exit 8 and there were reports of smoldering from the rolled over vehicle

Swansea EMS and Fire also responded to the scene.

Massachusetts State Police did not have an update on the injured and the crash is under investigation.
