Massachusetts State Police release more details, victim’s name, in fatal Route 24 crash in Fall River
Officials have released additional details in the fatal crash that took place Wednesday in Fall River.
According to Massachusetts State Police, at approximately 7:00 a.m., a 2008 Toyota Avalon was traveling in the right lane on Route 24 south.
For reasons still under investigation, the Toyota drove into the right shoulder and began to roll over. At that point the Toyota’s roof collided with a tree.
The operator, 48-year-old Anel Jeune of Brockton, was determined to be deceased.
According to family, Jeune worked for both Amazon and Walmart and was a lawyer in his native Haiti.
