UPDATE: Massachusetts State Police, local police locate missing 14-year-old neurodivergent child thanks to good Samaritan

Chief Michael Dwyer and Massachusetts State Police report that the 14-year-old girl reported missing earlier today has been found safe.

The child was located by a good Samaritan at Manter’s Field in Newbury.

The West Newbury Police and Fire Departments would like to thank all those who assisted in locating the child, including the numerous mutual aid agencies and members of the community who supported the search efforts.
