NORTHBOROUGH – Authorities are searching for Erik Coelho Dos Santos, who has a warrant for his arrest for a charge of murder resulting from a shooting that occurred in Northborough on May 12, 2024, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early, Jr.

Dos Santos, 20, with a last known address in Brockton, is charged in the death of 16-year-old Ygor Correia of Milford. Correia suffered a single gunshot wound at the scene of a house party at 333 Howard St., Northborough. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter.

Officers requested assistance from departments throughout the area at the time of the incident then heard multiple gunshots as they approached the property, which caused a chaotic scene as there was a party with approximately 300 people.

A second shooting victim, a 17-year-old, was treated at Marlborough Hospital and was released.

Two others were treated at Marlborough Hospital for their injuries.

Several others had visible signs of injuries and refused transport to the hospital but were treated on scene.

Three people were arrested in May on firearm related charges. According to WCVB, Wallisom Texeira Da Silva, 20, of Hyde Park; Arnoldo Nogueira Filho, 19, of Marlborough; and Pedro Desouza-Passos, 27, of Rockland were held without bail with ICE detainers filed against Wallisom and Arnoldo.

Investigators then later obtained a warrant for Dos Santos’s arrest on a charge of murder.

Police are asking that the public provide any information they may have on Dos Santos’ whereabouts.

Anyone with information can call the anonymous tip line at 508-453-7589.

This case remains under investigation by the Northborough Police and the Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office.

“Ghetto”? Just say “shooters” or “attackers”. The way you formed your sentence makes it sound vaguely racist.

    “Thinking”
I wonder if he or his family is in this ‘Country Legally’?
Was he an Anchor Baby? On the historic list for an Immigration Hearing?
Are any of his Family getting SUPPORT from the Overworked Taxpayers of Massachusetts?

‘Legions of Massachusetts Citizens Taxpayers now have to WORK two Jobs’, to make ends meet barely?
‘Can you say DEMS Biden Economics?’

I’m sure the shooter is a misunderstood “dreamer”. He probably just needs a hug, a free phone, a free 5-star hotel room and of course free medical care and therapy. Oops, almost forgot, free food to his liking.
