Massachusetts State Police, local police investigating after 27-year-old shot dead in home
Those who knew a 27-year-old Massachusetts man are still in shock after news spread that he was killed in an early morning shooting.
According to scanner transmissions, just after 2:15 a.m., Brockton police received a 911 call concerning a shooting that took place at a residence at 36 Hoover Avenue during a fight between two men.
A man was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach/chest. CPR was performed and he was transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center.
According to friends and family, Sederick Abreu died from his injuries.
Condolences poured in from those who knew Abreu expressing their heartbreak. Not understanding how a tragedy like this could happen.
No word yet on if a suspect has been arrested.

Yes, an incident such as this happening in Brockton is a complete mystery … unheard of …
although I did read that the Mayor is requesting the National Guard to deploy to Brockton High School … still, an incident such as this (Hoodrat on Hoodrat violence) happening in the City of Champions is hard to fathom ……

“They don’t understand how a tragedy like this happened”. Maybe if he would’ve made better choices in life this could have been avoided.
