Massachusetts State Police investigating murder of 32-year-old Taunton man
Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the district attorney’s office, Taunton Police and Homicide Unit prosecutors are actively investigating a homicide which occurred sometime this morning on Highland Street.
According to Gregg Miliote of the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, at approximately 9:45 a.m. today, Taunton Police were dispatched to 155 Highland Street for a report of a deceased male in a furnished shed. Upon arrival on scene, investigators determined the victim had been shot to death.
The victim is a 32-year-old Taunton man. His next of kin has yet to be located, therefore his identity has not been released.
The investigation into the homicide is extremely active and no further information was released.
