Massachusetts State Police investigating after handful of people injured in 7-car-crash on Route 195
Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle highway crash Tuesday morning.
According to Trooper Brandon Doherty, at just after 7:15 a.m., the Dartmouth Barracks was informed of a 7-car-crash on Route 195 East at mile marker 1.8 in Seekonk.
The crash occurred in the left lane and median of the roadway. Vehicles were scattered in the east and westbound lanes.
The 3rd (passenger and operator), 4th (operator), 5th (operator), and 6th (operator) vehicle’s occupants reported minor injuries and were transported to area hospitals.
Scene cleanup and tows required approximately 2 hours to clear the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
