Massachusetts State Police, Freetown Police/Animal Control combine to arrest man on Human Trafficking, Kidnapping, Assault & Battery warrant
Multiple organizations combined to get a Massachusetts man into custody.
According to Trooper Brandon Doherty, on Thursday morning at approximately 6:00 a.m., Troopers from the State Police Troop D Community Action Team and High-Risk Victim Unit along with the Freetown Police Department and Freetown Animal Control, served an arrest warrant on Washburn Road for 31-year-old Curtis Wigfall-Bradford of Dorchester.
Wigfall-Bradford was taken into custody stemming from a warrant on charges of Human Trafficking, Kidnapping, Deriving Support from Prostitution, Assault and Battery on a Household Member, Subsequent Offense, and Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon.
Wigfall-Bradford was processed at the Dartmouth barracks and transported to New Bedford District Court.
