Massachusetts State Police, Fall River personnel, respond after pedestrian possibly hit on Interstate 195

A person was possibly hit by a vehicle on a local highway.

According to scanner transmissions, at just before 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, there was a call for an MVA involving a pedestrian in the area of exit 13 on Route 195 West in Fall River.

Fall River personnel were called to the scene in addition to Massachusetts State Police.

Fall River Reporter contacted Massachusetts State Police for an update and confirmation and as of Friday afternoon, they did not have an update.

A tip stated that a man fell or jumped from the overpass at City Hall but has not been confirmed by authorities.
