Massachusetts State Police, Dartmouth personnel respond to rollover highway crash with injuries

Massachusetts State Police and Dartmouth personnel responded to a Sunday morning highway collision.

According to scanner transmissions, at approximately 9:45 a.m., a call came in for a rollover crash on I-195 East prior to the Faunce Corner Road exit in Dartmouth.

Upon arrival, crews found the driver had self-extricated from the vehicle which was located on the righthand side of the highway. The guardrail was also severely damaged.

The car had a Massachusetts plate.

The operator was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford by Dartmouth EMS.

The crash is under investigation.
