Massachusetts State Police announce 2 arrests, seizure of drugs, guns, cash, after investigation into drug trafficking operation

Last month, the Commonwealth Interstate Narcotics Reduction Enforcement Team initiated an investigation into a drug trafficking operation based in Plymouth County.

According to Massachusetts State Police, on Wednesday, members of CINRET South, Brockton PD, Plymouth County Detective Unit, and Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant of a property in Brockton.

As a result of the investigation, two individuals were placed under arrest and a warrant was written for a third defendant who was not on scene at the time of the warrant execution. During the search the following evidence was seized:

~80 grams of cocaine
~1 gram of fentanyl
Approximately $6,000 US Currency
.45 Ruger pistol, loaded, one in chamber
9mm Glock pistol, loaded, one in chamber w/ switch (machine gun conversion device)
Multiple rounds of ammunition
Large Capacity Magazine

The identities of the suspects were not released.
