Massachusetts State Lottery announces newest $1,000,000 prize winner on scratch ticket

A new big winner has been announced after a $1 million hit on a State Lottery scratch ticket.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Columbo Family Revocable Living Trust has claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Gold 50X” instant ticket game.

The trust, represented by trustee Gary Peters, opted to receive its prize in the form of a
one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).

The winning ticket was purchased at Gulf, 853 West Boylston St. in Worcester. The
store receives a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket

Two $4,000,000 and four $1,000,000 prizes remain in the $4,000,000 Gold 50X game.
