Massachusetts State Lottery announces new $1 million prize winner on instant game

Massachusetts has a new big winner on a State Lottery scratch ticket.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Baker Law Group Mass Lottery Trust XIX of Hingham has claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” $10 instant ticket game.

The trust, represented by trustee Michael Baker, opted to receive its prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).

The winning ticket was purchased at Cedarville Wine & Spirits, 2245 State Rd. in Plymouth. The store receives a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

$2,000,000 50X Cashword has one $2 million and three $1 million prizes remaining.
