Massachusetts State Lottery $1 million scratch ticket prize sold in Bristol County
So much for the narrative that people don’t win big in southern Massachusetts. A huge win on a State Lottery scratch ticket was recently sold in Bristol County.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Family First Trust of Cumberland, Rhode Island has claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Bonus 100X” $10 instant ticket game.
The trust, represented by trustee Andrew Nault, chose to receive its prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).
The winning ticket was purchased at Highland Variety, 95 Highland St. in South Easton. The store receives a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
Bonus 100X has 2 $4 million and 3 $1 million winners remaining.
